24-year-old lady has been arrested by the Lagos state police operatives for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death over alleged cheating.
The lady named Nkechi, a.k.a Omalicha, allegedly attacked Auwal Suleiman, 26, yesterday, August 1, 2020, at their residence in Sagbokoji Island, Apapa, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The couple started dating in 2018 and began living together in 2019. On August 1, 2020, they were said to have got into a heated argument over alleged cheating and during the argument, the suspect was said to have taken a knife and stabbed her boyfriend which allegedly led to his death.
As expected, the case will be transferred to the CID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos and autopsy of the deceased ordered.
Just what the hell is happening in Nigeria…especially with women killing their spouses for whatever flimsy excuses and reasons? Doesn’t these people (women) realize that they can walk away…find somebody else? Good Lord forgive us!!
