Bukky Wright is famous. She’s an A-list Yoruba actress in Nollywood. Aside acting, she has a fashion line and a recording label. The first artiste she produced as producer and writer is her son, OJ Wright.
The pretty actress said she just shot a film with Nigerians in the US titled Beasts Amongst Us. At Arabel turban fashion parade in Lagos recently, the fair-complexioned actress spoke to Sunday Sun about her favourites.
What are your favourite fashion pieces?
Right now, as a praying Muslim, my cap comes first, then my jewelry. In the kind of industry I am in, I think the event determines what I wear but I love gold jewelry as well as beads. I also love my shoes and bags.
Favourite colour?
White. It’s so funny. I feel white is elegant and classic. There’s something about white that you can’t really define but there’s a way white makes me look.
Favourite food?
Honestly, my favourite food was cold eba with vegetables and for some reasons I had to stop it because of my health. It’s not very healthy. Right now, my favourite food is oatmeal. Whether it’s your regular Quaker oats or otherwise oatmeal is very good for my health.
Favourite car?
I’m an SUV person.
Favourite beauty secret?
It’s so funny when I tell people my major beauty secret. It’s my shea butter. A lot of people find it so difficult to believe, but my major beauty secret is my shea butter.
Favourite holiday Spot?
Anywhere comfortable, relaxing, and motivating.
Favourite weather?
I love the harmattan . It’s cool and refreshing.
Favourite book?
I have read quite a number, but I love Secret of Substance the most. I really love it.
