Nigerian star actor, Yomi Fabiyi has taken to his Instagram page to ask Nigerians for funds to produce a new movie to be titled: ‘Oko Iyabo’.
Actor Yomi Fabiyi has been fighting for the release of Baba Ijesa on bail, thereby attacking his colleague, actress Iyabo Ojo who has been insisting that Baba Ijesa should not be entitled to bail.
Baba Ijesa has been detained by the police in Lagos since April on the allegation that he molested a female minor.
The actor posted the new movie story in the early hours of Thursday, but it appears not to be in the good book of his followers as they lashed out at him calling him ‘begi begi’, and ‘a joker’. They see the move as insensitive.
They asked him if he was planning to make money out of a saga that involved child molestation.
He later deleted the post on his feed, but then took it to his Insta story.
