A Zimbabwean lady has applied for protection order against her husband after she claimed he constantly beats her and they last had sex in 2016, which she is already getting starved of.
The wife, Gloria Shana applied for the protection order in court against husband Terrence Chikoto.
Shana also told the court that she was sex starved.
“He just leaves the house whenever he wants, coming back anytime he wants. I last enjoyed my conjugal rights in 2016,” she said.
In response, Chikoto disputed allegations posed against him.
“She is my wife and our marriage stills subsists. I had never assaulted or insulted her. I enjoy conjugal rights but it seems as if she is now enjoying it with someone else.”
Presiding Magistrate, Noah Gwatidzo granted the protection order in favour of Shana. (Lailas)
