Reacting to the types of dances seen in the church today, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Abayomi Shogunle, stated that angels bringing gifts from God will turn back upon seeing some waist dance/buttock shaking.
According to the ACP, Church elders should try to discourage secular/worldly dance steps in churches this year. He further prayed that we don’t miss our blessing. Abayomi Shogunle wrote;
“Church elders should please discourage secular/worldly dance steps in churches this year. Angels bringing gifts from God will turn back upon seeing some waist dance/buttock shaking during service. Brethren, we will not miss our blessings IJN. Most Senior Apostle Abayomi Shogunle.”
