They say there are three sides to a story; his, hers, and the truth. Tiwa Savage and Teebillz confirm it. Teebillz was her manager from inception, and I would guess from what she said, he stopped being her manager about six months ago.
According to her, Teebillz received 40% to 50% percent of her earnings as her manager, if so, he couldn’t have been broke all through their time together, he was probably as rich as her until about six months ago.
I believe she was telling the… truth about her husband infidelity, but it did not warrant all that she revealed to the world about him less than 24hrs after his meltdown. Was he ungrateful? He probably was. But feeding and clothing your spouse is what spouses do.
Tiwa Savage did not need to defend herself, and if she had to make a statement, it should have been a short press release that states something to this effect: my husband has suffered a nervous breakdown and all that matters at the moment is his mental health. All that he said on Instagram should be viewed through his current state of mind.
By the way, Tiwas Savage said she has never cheated on her husband, and I believe her, but that does not mean that she did not cheat on him before they got married.
Whatever their differences or the state of their marriage, she should not have eviscerated him less than 24hrs after his attempted suicide. If she loved him, she would have waited a few days before she told the world he wanted to die because is a loser.
Do I think Tiwa Savage should accept her husband infidelity and mental abuse? Absolutely not!
Do I believe Tiwa Savage was hurt and betrayed by what Teebillz posted on Instagram? Yes! I would feel hurt and betrayed too.
But she shouldn’t kick a man when he’s down, especially the father of her child. The kicking should come when he’s better and can feel the pain, and it should be as hard as she wants.
