Anxiety over President Bola Tinubu’s proposed cabinet members was finally laid to rest on Thursday when the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, unveiled the ministerial list.
Some immediate past governors including Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and David Umahi of Ebonyi State made the list.
Tinubu’s Ministerial List consists of 28 nominees. At least nine names are still expected to be forwarded by the President in compliance with the constitutional stipulation of one minister per state and FCT.
The 28 nominees are:
