38-year-old engineer replaces impeached Shaibu as new Edo deputy governor
Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has appointed a 38-year-old engineer, Omobayo Marvelous Godwin, as his new deputy and is set for inauguration. This was coming on the heels of the impeachment of the former deputy governor, Philip Shaibu, by the state’s House of Assembly on Monday, April 8, 2024.
