This is a very gratifying news which has confirmed that Mr. Ken Saro Wiwa did not die in vain. Rather, he died for a worthy cause. This recognition of Saro Wiwa is suffice to serve as a lesson to the Nigerian political elites for them to realize that the world monitor and keep account of our politics both within and outside the country. More importantly, this might encourage transparency and accountability in our governance.
