The funeral service of slain Lagos lawyer, Mrs. Bolanle Raheem, was held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Olive Tree Parish, in Ikoyi Lagos state, Nigeria on Tuesday January 17.
Delivering a sermon at the service, Okechukwu Enelamah, a former Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, said Mrs. Raheem’s “relatively short life” was full of great impact.
Her funeral service was attended by her family members, friends, and other sympathizers.
A service of songs was held for her on Monday before her burial Tuesday.
The lawyer was buried at the Vaults and Gardens (Mayfair) cemetery.
Late Mrs. Bolanle Raheem was allegedly shot dead by a senior police officer, an ASP, on Christmas day, December 25, 2022, in the Ajah area of the state.
Mrs. Raheem was pregnant with a set of twins when she was allegedly murdered by the police officer.
