It is the end of the road for the spokesman of the Nigerian Senate, Mr Dayo Adeyeye as the Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna nullified his purported election to the upper legislative chamber.
The court upheld the tribunal judgment which declared Peoples Democratic Party’s Senator Abiodun Olujimi as winner of the Ekiti South Senatorial election held on February 23.
This looks like a double loss for the Ekiti politician who defected from PDP to APC when he could not secure the governorship ticket of the state’s PDP in 2018.
