Nigerian Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Mr. Dino Melaye has once again knock his state governor, Yahyah Bello, for allegedly trying to pull him down.
The Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO), Mr. Jimoh Moshood, had on Monday announced the arrest of two suspects after a gun battle with their team, which he said lasted for several hours on January 9, 2018.
PPRO Moshood told newsmen at the command headquarters in Lokoja that the two suspects upon interrogation confessed working as political thug for Alhaji Mohammed Audu and Senator Dino Melaye.
Responding, the Kogi West District lawmaker said he did not know anything about the arrested thugs.
Melaye took to his Facebook page to post a remix version of his now viral song “Ajekun iya ni o je”.
He said, “Country people, make una come hear tory o, them say Dino carry money give thugs make them go buy gun, tufiakwa. Them say Dino carry guns and money give thugs make them go dey prepare for 2019, Olorun maje. My brother, the venom of the viper cannot do anything to the back of the tortoise. I don waka, but make I tell una o.”
