As the race for 2019 begins in Nigeria, not even the presence of President Muhammadu Buhari in his home state of Katsina on Saturday could affect the unprecedented crowd that greeted the mega rally organized by the main opposition party, PDP in the city of Katsina.
Who is who in PDP stormed the state that Saturday, in what some residents regarded as the “mother of all rallies” ably led by the National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus.
Four PDP state governors, Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state, Darius Ishaku of Taraba, Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom and Ibrahim Dankwambo of Gombe were among PDP leaders that graced the occasion.
All members of the National Working Committee NWC of the PDP, the BOT Chairman Senator Walid Jibrin, former Senate President Adolphus Wabara and other members of the National Executives Committee, NEC, attended the rally.
