Barewa college is a college in Zaria, Kaduna State, northern Nigeria. Founded in 1921 by British Governor General Hugh Clifford, it was originally known as Katsina College.

Igbobi College was established by the Methodist and Anglican churches in 1932, in Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.

Emmanuel Ojei is one of Nigeria’s richest men, he is the owner of Nuel Ojei Holding Limited. He attended Issele-Uku technical college.
6. Lisabi Grammar school

Lisabi Grammar school, Abeokuta is 73 years old and is one of the oldest and most respectable schools in Ogun state.
In 2013, the Central Bank of Nigeria expended about N500m on the renovation and infrastructural development of the school.
Bode Akindele is an alumni of this school. He is a Nigerian billionaire, and a highly respected and successful entrepreneur.
7. Urhobo college

Urhobo college, Effurun, Delta state is one of the most prestigious schools in the state. Unlike most of its contemporaries, is one with a passionate old students association, which remains concerned about the status of its alma mater and the standard it gives back to society.
In 2015, members of the Urhobo College Old Students’ Association (UCOSA) recently organised a special career talk/ prize giving day for the students, with the sole aim of challenging them to aspire to life’s greatness and excellence.

8. Benue Provincial Secondary School
Unique secondary school
Theophilus Danjuma one of Nigeria’s richest men attended this school. He started his education at St Bartholomew’s primary school in Wusasa and moved on to the Benue provincial secondary school in Katsina-Ala where he was the captain of the school cricket 1st XI team, he received his higher school certificate in 1958.
