ElombahNews is in possession of a petition written against a police personnel, Sergeant Adamu Samuel, alleging that he lives above his means as he reportedly bought a car worth five million Naira, built a mansion and wears shoes worth over a thousand Dollars per pair.
The petition was written by a whistleblower, Mr. Sani Bello, on behalf of the whistleblowing outfit, Eagle Eye International and dated 16th September, 2019.
Amongst other things, Sgt. Adamu was accused of ‘killing suspects extra-judicially while they are in his custody and sales of human parts after execution’.
He also allegedly owned a Toyota Camry, 2006 model, car worth five million Naira and at same time building the mansion at New Nyanya, Nasarawa State.
ElombahNews contacted the police personnel for his defence in the allegation but he declined comment and later told this medium to go ahead and publish the report.
This medium visited his Facebook page and made some amazing discoveries.
Our correspondent searched for his shoes online and discovered that they actually cost more than one thousand Dollars per pair.
Meanwhile, according to the new salary structure which began on November 1, 2018, a Sergeant Corporal (SC) earns ₦96,000 per month while a Sergeant Major (SM) earns ₦119,000.
It was on this pretext that the petitioner asked him his annual income upon which he could afford a five million Naira car, as well as a mansion, ElombahNews learnt.

We are an Anti-Corruption crusade network with the mandate to reveal corruptions of any sort to appropriate enforcement agencies for investigation and prosecution hence, this petition. Please find attached our certificate of registration with CAC and our aims and objectives of our organization for your perusal.
Intelligence at our disposal clearly shows that the above subject is living above his means which clearly shows a negation to the anti-corruption crusade of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr Muhammadu Buhari, GCON.
We are also aware that , this same Sgt Adamu Samuel kills suspects extra judicial while they are in his custody and sales of human parts after execution extra judicial within IRT cells in Abuja.
He also arrests Innocent Nigerians , detained them for minimum of six months, extort the family of the detainees for administrative Bail which IRT collects minimum of #250,000 . There are instances he never took them to court but kept them for about six months on trumped-up charges of armed robbery.
In another instance, he confiscated items Worth #1.7 Million from our agent on another trump up charges, arraigned him in court after much torture , threats to kill him in the cell here in Abuja, the court gave other for him to release the confiscated items, he is disobeying Court order and as we speak, he is about to drag the name of the new IGP whom we see as a professional and adhere to the rules of law in the mud [please find attached court order].
He is doing all these in collaboration with his team members led by one CSP Victor Bassey and Inspector Akan Joe. They were once interviewed by DCP Elumelu (American Police) the DCP IGP-XSQUARD .
PRAYERS:
We request your noble office to investigate these allegations against him and bring him to book for self-enrichment with proceeds of crime, discreditable conducts unbecoming of a policeman.
It is even more disheartening considering that he is IGP-IRT office entrusted with sensitive intelligence that borders on National Security.
We are shocked that despite the posture of professional ethics upheld by the incumbent IGP, some inherited discreditable elements within some command/units are bent on living in the past. We shall expose all.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soonest to enable us furnish you classified details about his Toyota Camry 2006 car Worth Five Million Naira (#5,000,000) and at same time building a mansion at New Nyanya, Nasarawa State.
