The reality TV star, Kim K-West, gave birth at the popular Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where she used their most luxury maternity suite.
The maternity suite cost $4000 per night, and comes with meal delivery, free bathrobes and even a personal birth assistant.
Kim Kardashian and hubby Kanye West are yet to reveal photos or the name of their baby, which users on social media have speculated may be Easton.
