A British woman has died after undergoing butt enhancement surgery in a Turkish cosmetic clinic frequently visited by reality TV stars.
Leah Cambridge, 29, from Leeds, collapsed shortly after getting a Brazilian butt lift operation worth £3,000 at the Elite Aftercare Clinic in Izmir.
The mum-of-three is thought to have suffered complications during the procedure and died on the operating table as doctors were unable to save her.
31-year-old Scott Franks, who is the father of Leah’s three sons, said her family is “still waiting for answers” over the tragedy. He has now flown to Turkey to bring her body home and to find out what went wrong. He is also advising others considering cosmetic surgery to think about the risks involved.
