Nigerian Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, and a former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Muazu, have had a meeting held behind closed door.
The duo’s meeting was held at the vice president’s office at the presidential villa in Abuja and which reports say lasted for about two hours.
The PDP chairman during Jonathan presidency, Muazu, who left the villa at 4.35pm, however, declined to speak to State House reporters.
Feelers from the presidency have it that his visit was not unconnected with speculations that he was being wooed by the All Progressives Congress (APC), ahead of the 2019 general elections.
To add to that speculation is the fact that Osinbajo also attended the wedding of Muazu’s daughter in Bauchi at the weekend.
