The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II paid a visit to the Alake of Egbaland, His Royal Highness Oba Micheal Aremu Gbadebo in his palace in Ogun state on Sunday, February 7.
During the visit, the Alake re-emphasised the order of hierarchy of the major Yoruba Obas as: the Ooni of Ife, Alaafin of Oyo, Oba of Benin, Alake of Egbaland and Awujale in that order. More photos below.
