According to a report from Gistme Blog, Mr. Adewale Omirin, the Ekiti state House of Assembly Speaker has just been impeached.
7 PDP members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly sat this morning to impeach him in his absense and replaced him with another member. According to reports, the police prevented the Speaker and 19 other senators from entering the assembly complex as the impeachment proceeding went on.
