Spokesman, Pan-Yoruba socio-political group, Mr Yinka Odumakin, will next Monday, December 29, presents a book, an unauthorised political biography of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who served twice as ruler of Nigeria.
Odumakin said this in a statement made available to the Nigerian Tribune on Wednesday, saying the book is entitled: “Watch The Watcher: A Book Of Remembrance Of The Obasanjo Years,” with the presentation coming weeks after the former president released his latest book, entitled “My Watch.”
According to him, the event, which will attract dignitaries, will be coming up at the Banquet Hall of the Sheraton Hotel, Lagos, at 10.00 a.m. prompt.
The Afenifere chieftain said the occasion would be chaired by former governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba, with the Latter Rain Assemby serving overseer, Pastor Tunde Bakare, as chief presenter.
The Ondo State governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, will be special guest of honour with elder statesman, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, as the father of the day.
According to him, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, Mr Jimi Agbaje, will be the chief host. (Nigerian Tribune)
