Lanre Gentry, ex-husband of Nigerian actress, Mercy Aigbe, has taken to social media to wish their son, Juwon, a happy birthday.
He went further in the post he shared on his Instagram page where Mr. Gentry pointed out that no matter how much his ex-wife, Mercy, tries to take Juwon away from him, he still remains Juwon’s father.
Mr. Gentry wrote: “Happy birthday to my dear son Olajuwon Gentry, no matter how your mother try to take you away from me ,I still remain your father and am happy you are growing up to understand that I remain your father and to come back to me to ask for anything without your mother asking by herself. I cherish you, my son, a long life to you and me as your father.”
The ace actress separated from her estranged husband in 2017 after she alleged that she suffered domestic violence in her marriage. Both Mercy and Mr. Gentry have since gone ahead to remarry.
