Although the judgment in Atiku Abubakar and PDP against Muhammadu Buhari and 2 others is still on, the lead Justice, Garba Mohammed has concluded his judgment and has dismissed Atiku, PDP’s case.
“This petition is accordingly, and hereby dismissed in its entirety,” says the lead justice.
The other members are still reading their judgments or comments upon the lead judgment.
