Nigeria’s Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is currently at Kaduna airport to see level of preparedness ahead of next week’s relocation of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
We have reported, weeks ago, that the Abuja Airport will be closed for 6 week to allow for repair; hence, all air traffic will be diverted to Kaduna Airport.
He was accompanied in the trip by Minister for Information and culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and Minister for Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, amongst others.
Osinbajo was also scheduled to visit the Kaduna refinery to evaluate the state of affairs in the oil industry.
