Nigerian Senator representing Imo East Senatorial District, and a member of the Labour Party (LP), Ezenwo Onyewuchi, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio read his defection letter during plenary on Tuesday, July 23.
Imo state governor and chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF), Hope Uzodinma, was in the red chamber when the letter was read.
