A yet-to-be-identified Nigerian policewoman has been celebrated online for helping to control traffic during a heavy downpour in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria, on Tuesday, May 10.
The policewoman defied the heavy rain as she helped to control a traffic jam that was caused by the heavy downpour.
