A Twitter user named “maami_Chulo” has posted on Twitter about how she was fired from her workplace to the outrage and anger of many Nigerians.
According to her tweet, she got let off at work for not sleeping with her Indian boss.
She tweeted:

The tweet which has gone viral on social media, sparked outrage from other users.
Many believe the boss and the company should be sued.

Yes, the company and philanderer of a boss should be sued. The victim should be returned to her job role (if she still wants it) and an official sanction should be imposed on the human resources team to balance the aggregate to be employed: indigenes, gender balance.
The Immigration department should realise that it has a role to play prior to granting indefinite individual and commercial visas to foreigners arriving in Nigeria to set up businesses. We have heard of cases where foreign employers undermine and relegate the values of host workers whereas they could NEVER do this in their home ground.
In this particular scenarion, a stiff penalty should be imposed to serve as a deterrent to others with similarly un-savoury mindset towards their local workforce. Should we continue to sub-serve to foreigners on our own home-ground?
Legislation has it that there must be equality in employment and in this situation all the woes of inequality are founded: gender, race, discrimination and abuse are embedded.
Yes, she needs legal and emotional support to raise her case for unfair dismissal, if proven.
