Nigerian Government and the Southwest governors have reportedly reached an agreement on the Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSN) outfit coded ‘Operation Amotekun.’
Mr. Laolu Akande, media aide to the Vice-President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo made this known via his verified Twitter handle on Thursday.
However, he did not give details of the agreement reached.
“News Flash: FG, Southwest Governors agree on Amotekun,” he tweeted.
It will be recalled that a meeting between Osinbajo and the governors of the Southwest states held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Thursday.
