Popular Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, simply known as Hilda Baci, has surpassed any Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual after hitting 100 hours distance record especially over the previous holder, an Indian, Lata Tandon, who kept a record of 87 hours 45 minutes.
