86 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Nigeria. 70 in Lagos alone

On Sunday, 19th April, 2020, eighty six (86) new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria.

According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), 70 of the new cases were recorded in Lagos, 7 in the FCT, 3 in Akwa Ibom, 3 in Katsina state, 1 in Jigawa, 1 in Bauchi and 1 in Borno state.

Nigeria now has 627 confirmed cases of Coronavirus with Lagos being the epicenter with 376 confirmed cases.

At the early stage, it slowed down but it is rapidly climbing up now especially in Lagos which has recorded more than half of the total number.

Thirty five states and FCT, Abuja jointly have less number of confirmed cases than Lagos! All eyes should now be on Lagos.
