Some female officers of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), have been queried for participating in #Bopdaddychallenge music video.

‘Bop Daddy’ is the latest song by Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz.

And Falz, a trained lawyer himself, is the son of Senior Advocate of Nigeria and human rights defender, Femi Falana.

Falz’s ‘Bop Daddy’ video, inspired by the Coronavirus lockdown, has made several top music charts across Nigeria and beyond in recent days for its message and ability to grip viewers’ attention.

According to the query letter dated April 15 and was shared by Oluwaseun Owosobi, founder of Stand to End Rape Initiative, the female officers were accused of indecent flaunting of their bodies and desecration of the NIS uniform in the video.

The letter stated that their action is a serious misconduct liable to dismissal from service. The erring officers have been asked to give reasons why disciplinary action shouldn’t be taken against them.
