The Ooni of Ife designate, Prince Adeyeye Ogunwusi, this afternoon made a grand entry into the ancient city of Ile Ife in Osun state ahead of his installation as the 51st Ooni of Ife. He takes over from Oba Okunade Sijuwade who died in July. Ogunwusi was received at the Ife Ibadan Tollgate.The Ooni-elect would, today, proceed to Ilofi where he would carry out other traditional rites for the next 21 days before he would be crowned as the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
