The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, picked a new wife a few days ago. The lady identified as Olori Mariam Anako is from Ebira land, Kogi state. Nigeria
Their marriage plans started in March this year, however, they had their traditional wedding in the palace on Tuesday, September 6.
Mariam is said to be a top executive in an Oil and Gas company though we have not been able to authoritatively verify the authenticity of this at the moment.
