Nigerian Senator representing Kogi West district, Mr. Dino Melaye, has finally broken his silence after his bail application was granted by the court.
Kogi State Chief Judge, Justice Nasiru Ajana admitted Melaye to bail in the sum of N10m with one surety. The bail was granted on health grounds.
Speaking for the first time after his bail was granted, Melaye took to his Instagram page, stating that arrest and harassment by the police started four years ago .
The Nigerian senator, however, maintained that he is unshaken and cannot be destroyed.
“The Police illegal arrest and harassment did not start now. This was four years ago. Where Court awarded 10 million Naira damages to me that police is yet to pay.
“Fear not him that can destroy or damage the body, fear only Him that can destroy both the body and the Spirit. My Spirit and resolve is unshakeable,”Dino said.
