Nigerian star singer, Tiwa Savage, has just responded to being named by the BBC as one of the most inspirational and innovative women for 2017.
The beautiful mother of one made the BBC’s list of 100 inspirational and innovative women for 2017.
This year’s theme will focus on tackling some of the biggest problems facing women around the world.

The women who made the list will be part of the 100 Women Challenge- split into four teams- sharing their experiences and creating innovative ways to tackle topical issues such as: The glass ceiling, Female illiteracy, Street harassment and s*xism in sport.
Savage is one of 8 African women recognized for their works including the Liberian president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Other countries that made the global list include Kenya, Morocco, Senegal and Zimbabwe.
