A young lady identified as Salmat, who had her wedding Fatiha in Bauchi state last Friday, December 28 2018, died just four days after her wedding. According to reports, Salmat died on Tuesday January 1. The cause of her death was however not stated.
The Facebook post which was written in Hausa reads: “Rayuwar kenan? Inna Lillahi Wa’inna Ilaihi Raji’un: A ranar Juma’a 28 ga watan 12, 2018 aka daura auren Usman M Bello da amaryarsa Salmat A Lawan. Sai dai, a yau Talata, kwanaki hudu da daura auren, Allah ya karbi ran amaryar. Rayuwar kenan! Duniya ba a bakin komai take ba, mutuwa ta ishi wa’azi.”
English version: “Such is life? Inna Lillahi WA ‘ Inna Ilaihi Raji: on Friday, December 28, 2018 was the wedding of Usman m Bello and his wife Salmat.
