 Kogi PDP vice chairman slumps and dies while playing lawn tennis

The Vice Chairman of the Kogi state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Kola Ojo, has died.

According to a statement released by the PDP state publicity secretary, Bode Ogunmola, the late Kola Ojo slumped and died while playing lawn tennis at the Sports Centre, Ogudu GRA, in Lagos state on Wednesday evening.

He was immediately rushed to the nearby hospital, where unfortunately, he was confirmed dead.

The deceased  is said to be in his 60s. There is no information as to the state his health prior to his collapse while playing tennis.
