Nigerian man identified as Orizu Kenechukwu Odumodu has taken to his social media page to advise men on how to handle their wives who dress inappropriately.
On his Facebook page, the man said, if a wife dressed in a manner that doesn’t please the husband, he should advise her to change, but if she doesn’t agree, the husband should burn the clothes.
Hear him: “If your wife dresses in manner that doesn’t please you..advise her on a need for change.. if she doesn’t agree, burn the clothes.”
There are classes of men and women in every society. Educated, uneducated, modern, ancient, city people, local or village people, religious fundamentalists and moderate ones, etc. This type of advice may fit into one or two of those classes of people.
Besides, destroying spouse’s clothing or belongings may be a crime.
