Extra cleaning took place as the podium where Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima were scheduled to take oath of office as President and Vice President of Nigeria, was hit by heavy rain.
It was reported earlier that a heavy downpour was witnessed at the Eagle Square where the inauguration of Bola Tinubu as 16th President of Nigeria was expected to take place.
Reports say, it however stopped raining before the 10:00 am schedule that the ceremony was expected to kick off.
