The news that the billionaire oil mogul and owner of Nigerian multinational telecommunications company, Globacom Nigeria, Otunba Mike Adenuga is dead, had been debunked, and described as totally false.
This was made known by veteran journalists, Otunba Dele Momodu, and Nifemi Oguntoye.
Momodu in an X post last night, said he had a phone conversation with the reclusive billionaire.
He said Adenuga confirmed he was hale and hearty and thanked his well wishers.
“Ignore the fake news… The Spirit of Africa DR MICHAEL ADENIYI AGBOLADE ISOLA ADENUGA is hale and hearty. He’s right now at his desk working round the clock in support of the Nigerian economy… He just called me to thank everyone for their concern…,” Momodu said.
Also veteran Journalist, Nifemi Oguntoye also confirmed the billionaire is alive.
“Mike Adenuga is alive,” he tweeted.
