Ghanaian lady given 100 strokes of the cane after being caught sleeping with a Sudanese man in Saudi Arabia (videos)

A Ghanaian lady was subjected to a round of flogging after being caught red-handed sleeping with someone said to be a Sudanese man in Saudi Arabia.

Before being flogged, the unidentified Ghanaian lady was first slapped, kicked and beaten with belt by some people said to be Ghanaian community leaders who caught her in the act.

The community leaders were heard to be saying in their local language that most Ghanaians who come to the country (Saudi Arabia), disgrace the name of Ghana with their promiscuous lifestyle.

The Sudanese man was also not spared as he was also assaulted.

NOTE: Something that is very difficult to understand here has to do with a relationship between a Ghanaian and Sudanese. Is it an offence to interact with somebody from another country?

Agreed that Saudi Arabia has a strict law when it comes to sexual relationship between an unmarried man and a woman.

But for some community leaders to take the law of punishment into their hands, as in this case by subjecting the lady in question to the type of private caning and beating by men even when she was naked?

We see such exercise as an abuse of her right to associate, enjoy and mingle freely.

  1. This is so pathetic and uncalled for… Who made them kings and moral police? This exercise simply shows the arrogance and impunity of Africans… This is why we are very corrupt!
