Former Head of Nigeria’s Interim National Government (ING), Chief Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan may have passed away. He was reported dead, aged 82.
Chief Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan was a British-trained Nigerian lawyer, industrialist, politician and traditional chieftain. He was appointed as interim head of Nigerian govt by General Ibrahim Babangida on 26 August 1993.
