A fire outbreak gutted sections of the popular Apogbon Market in Lagos on Sunday February 16. This comes weeks after the Balogun market was also gutted by fire.
The cause of the Apogbon fire is not yet known. The rate of fire incidents across Lagos is becoming alarming. In the recent time, there has been fire incident variously at the popular Balogun market in Lagos. There was a serious one in that market in November and there was another one there in January.
