Dr John Kayode Fayemi has been sworn-in as the new Ekiti state governor. He was sworn-in by the chief judge of Ekiti state.
With Fayemi’s inauguration today, APC is now officially the party in power in all the six south west states, the first time since 2003.
Except if the court overturn Ekiti and Osun governorship election results, the situation will remain so till May 2019 at least. Election will take place next year February so it is save to conclude that APC has south west on complete lock down.
