A former Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Executive Director (ED), Captain Ezekiel Bala Agaba, has been handed a 7 years imprisonment after he was found guilty of N1.5bn fraud by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
Agaba was alleged to have looted N1.5 billion from NIMASA while in charge of Maritime, Safety and Shipping.
