Former Aviation Minister, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode has regained his freedom after he was re-arrested by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) within the court premises.
The meaning of this is that, he might have fulfilled his bail conditions in the present charge.
Speaking immediately after he was released, Fani-Kayode thanked Nigerians for their prayers and support.
It may be recalled that the operatives of EFCC re-arrested him at the last sitting on October 21, when his other case came up for hearing. Justice Sule Hassan of the Federal High Court has expressed displeasure with the EFCC for re-arresting Femi Fani-Kayode within the court premises.
