Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s detectives are investigating former Nigerian Senate President, Mr. David Mark over alleged stealing of billions of naira in connivance with other leaders of the National Assembly during his tenure as Senate president.
EFCC sources said, Mr. David Mark, a former military General was reportedly invited yesterday to make statements to the Commission on how several billions of naira meant for projects at the National Assembly was shared between him and a few others.
He was released to go home after the interrogation, expected to return after the holidays, according to Sahara Reporters.
