The eligibility case against Ekiti State Gov Ayodele Fayose billed for determination on Monday Nov 10 in Ado Ekiti may not hold again as the judge handling the case, Justice Olusegun Ogunyemi has returned the case file to the Chief Judge of the state for re-assignment, citing threat to life for his action.
But aside the reason the judge gave, the normal thing for him to do is to wash his hand off the case considering the magnitude of the controversy surrounding it at the last hearing so that the parties in the suit would have confidence in its handling.
