Please let me know if drinking water early in the morning is a good idea.

Drinking water in the morning is very good for one’s health. Your body is 70% water, so it isn’t surprising that you need to drink water every single day to maintain a healthy body. Drinking water in the morning is important because it helps your body recover from its nightly dehydration.
