Billionaire businessman, Chief Rasaq Okoya, and his stunning wife, Sade, are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary today, April 25, which happens to also be Sade’s 42nd birthday. Chief Rasaq Okoya, 78, and Sade got married in 1999.
